Online Purchases – Return & Exchange Policy
Didn’t quite work? That’s alright! You can return regular priced online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
Regular Priced Merchandise
- Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange item or receive a refund to the original method of payment.
- After 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit.
- After 21 days of the shipping date: we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Sale Merchandise
- Within 14 days of the shipping date: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift certificate for you. Sorry, no refunds to original form of payment for sale or discounted items.
Return & Exchange Details
For all returns and exchanges, items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you will have to present a valid receipt.
Please note that bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, socks, and all intimates except bralettes are final sale.

Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items that were purchased using a gift certificate will be refunded as a merchandise credit back onto a gift certificate. Simple as that!

If you received a gift that you’d like to exchange please contact us for help. You can return the item within 14 days of the shipping date, or exchange it for a merchandise credit within 21 days of the shipping date.
Online Return Refund & Processing
Your refund will be credited to the original method of payment via wallstreetclothing.com with shipping and return fees deducted.
All returned items that were purchased using a gift certificate will be refunded to merchandise credit in the form of a new gift certificate.
All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of your return package.

Taxes & Duties
To ensure the most accurate prices, taxes, and delivery costs are displayed while browsing on our website, we recommend you select your country from the shipping destinations listed in the link at the top of our website.
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of merchandise, as well as shipping charges, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page.
Purchases using gift certificates will be charged applicable taxes.
